Skip on the small size and go right to the full size. This is an absolute necessity when I’m having an eczema flare, and it keeps my skin happy between times. I layer with other products for more moisture depending on the season but will not be without this serum!
One month update: 3 rescues, one big change.
1. The day it was delivered, I had a rare hormonal breakout of two cystic acnes on my jawline - the kind that can take weeks to go away. Red and angry and deep. They both deflated within hours of applying it, and healed them completely within days.
2. A few days later, I had a barrier reaction to a shower product I used after some got on my face - bright splotchy red with bumps under the skin. I re-cleansed and applied the Irritated, and it calmed within the hour.
3. I had a spa facial with extractions one morning, by the evening my skin was calm and neutral again instead of the extraction spots staying red and inflamed.
Long-term benefit: After a month of use, my pore and fine lines visibility have decreased significantly.
Use wise, it absorbs beautifully, and layers well with everything, including retinol and other actives. It's neutral, reparative, replaces and outperforms expensive alternatives like HA5 for less than half the price. I'm a SkinMedica fangirl, so that is a hard thing for me to say.

Really great serum. I have very sensitive skin and have to avoid a ton of ingredients that are in most products (including hyaluronic acid and niacinamide as well as anything slightly comedogenic). I have a really hard time getting my skin properly hydrated. This serum gives me that extra boost of hydration I was missing with zero irritation. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent product! I ordered it out of desperation in the middle of a perioral dermatitis nightmare and it has been a lifesaver. It immediately soothed my face and my skin has been recovering more every day. I will keep this in my rotation for everyday as well. Thank you for making this wonderful product.
Really enjoying this serum. I’m very hesitant to try new skincare products but during a recent eczema flare up on my neck and jaw I impulse ordered this and it helped calm it down after just a couple uses. I’m glad this popped up on my feed when it did, I’ll likely make sure to always have one on hand just in case
I love this serum. I use it 2x a day on my face and body. Unfortunately it doesn’t last that long before I need a refill and it’s pricey.
Not sure yet…so far my skin is getting used to it, which always makes me break out, but I have hope. Texture is great, but I have very dry skin, we’ll see if it holds up. Probably not in winter, crossing my fingers!
My skin feels extremely hydrated, the only “negative” I wouldnt put this directly on broken skin as the area I did stung a tiny bit. But other than that my dryness is calmed down especially around my eyelids and mouth. My legs still need a bit more time to heal but it’s so nice to have brand founders deal with sensitive skin and dermatitis/eczema not just in it to make another skincare product and a quick buck but instead to make something that actually works. I’ll repurchase definely and have started a subscription too. Also the handwritten card and stickers that the serum came with was so sweet thank you so much Mila & Lucy!!
I wanted to finish my bottle if serum before reviewing it. honestly I had no idea what to expect given the small company. but I had redness and and pimples that would exacerbate during hormonal fluctuations. the first month I didn't notice anything too different but I still used it day and night with my regular day and night creams. but during my most recent "flare up" period before my period, I had only minor redness and 0 pimples. and the pimples would never grow in size. what the heck! this serum is amazing!!! I took a chance and it worked! I would be patient and wait for about a month to notice any difference. but damn, im purchasing again!
